Our personal trainers specialise in working with older adults. If you are older and untrained and dive into hard core exercise it’s easy to get injured. Our clients are mostly older adults and we have even trained clients up until the age of 70. That experience helps ensure that we progress your training at a rate that is correct for you. Our trainers specialise in corrective exercise. Whether your goals are to lose weight, be a better tennis player, avoid pain and injuries or just get back into shape it should always start with corrective exercise. There are only a handful of personal trainers in Singapore that have this experience. We trained at the CHEK Institute in California. Our programmes are longer. That means we have the time to work on things properly and removes the pressure from the trainers to take shortcuts and get quick results. Ultimately that style of personal training leads to “boom and bust” results. We create permanent lasting results.
So we offer complete programmes in which we cover everything you need to know to maximise the results you get from the programme. The programmes include either personal training, nutrition and lifestyle coaching, full spectrum infrared sauna, or a combination of the three. So, we spend a lot of time working with our clients on the exercise and lifestyle components that are required for achieving serious results. We have clients that come in anywhere from 1 to 4 times a week depending on their health concerns, fitness goals, motivation and budget. Three, six or twelve month programmes are available depending on your health concerns, fitness goals, motivation and budget.
Holistic Lifestyle Coaching is weekly either in the studio or on Zoom Personal Training sessions are generally twice or thrice a week depending on how quickly you want to progress. We can also do these on Zoom if you can’t make it at the last minute or are overseas. Full Spectrum Infrared Sauna sessions are twice, thrice or four times a week in the studio (no zoom option I’m afraid!)

We studied at the CHEK Institute in California under Paul Chek – the godfather of wellness. They teach integrated movement science to personal trainers and holistic lifestyle coaching to executive coaches. We’re unique because we don’t sell supplements or recommend medical drugs. We don’t provide meal plans, fad diets or extreme weight loss work outs. We do things properly by investigating the root cause of the problem and then implementing the solutions that are the most appropriate and generate permanent results. We don’t do quick fix but we do implement the right solution. So sometimes that might mean, for example, doing no personal training and no nutrition coaching and focusing purely on stress management first.

Personal Training On the personal training side of things we use corrective exercise to help people relieve aches and pains, reduce fatigue, improve posture, get stronger and get the body back into shape to avoid injuries. Holistic Lifestyle Coaching On the holistic lifestyle coaching side of things we work with people who are stressed and anxious, have low energy, poor sleep and are physically and mentally out of shape. We help them to boost their energy, start sleeping like a baby and get happier. Full Spectrum Infrared Sauna Our full spectrum infrared sauna programmes are great for detoxing from mold, bacterial overgrowths, heavy metals and other environmental toxins. They are also great for relieving stress, boosting happy brain chemicals, boosting melatonin and helping with sleep. Many of our clients have had cancer and have used our full spectrum infrared sauna as part of their detox journey.
That really depends. We specialise in helping people who are stressed and anxious, fatigued, not sleeping well or just out of shape physically and/or mentally. First, we have a discussion and then work out with you what would be best. That could be personal training, it could be executive coaching working on creating healthy habits, it could be nutritional coaching, it could be using the sauna to detox or a combination. We always want to make sure we’re matching up the right programme for you to get the biggest win in the shortest time.
