Next Phase Fitness changed my life in so many ways! Their welcoming front desk staff always greets me and asks how my day is, making me feel like family and not just a gym member. The knowledgeable trainers motivate and push me through 60 minutes of high intensity intervals while correcting my form and making sure I get the best workout possible! The best part is that everything is at my own pace and can be modified to make the exercises more difficult or easy, depending on what I need! I always love my workouts here!
